With a reference to the tax aspects, our firm is focused on corporate taxation, both in relation to ordinary management, M&A, due diligence and business reorganizations. We also focus on energy, international, financial and real estate taxation for either high net worth individuals and corporates, in transfer pricing and in tax litigation.
Concerning the legal department, our firm is mainly focused on corporate and contract law, banking and financial regulation. We assist our clients in any corporate transaction, in litigation and in sanctioning proceedings of the Regulatory Authorities
